A downloadable zine

What if you would write forever to just keep one person alive?

Created with drawings, photographs, and borrowed words, "love letters" is an 18-spread zine about the relationship between a writer and her only reader.

I've done my best to preserve the text frames in this document, allowing as much of it to be 'select-able' as possible as per my vision. Due to this, some pages may take slightly longer to load in your PDF reader, and some fonts may display a little too 'sharp'. A rasterized ('un-select-able') version is offered for download as well, which appears somewhat smoother (I recommend this for reading on mobile devices). Please pick your preference!

This zine is offered for $0, but donations are appreciated. A portion of donations received will be passed along to the photographers (at my discretion) who have public donation pages listed, whose works were used in this zine under the Unsplash license.

This zine contains major spoilers for the Webnovel/eBook Omniscient Reader / Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint.

Note: while I do personally use 'HanKim' for Kim Dokja and Han Sooyoung's ship name, this zine is 'reversible-friendly' and should be enjoyable to DokSoo fans as well. I only use HanKim because I prefer how it sounds in English when compared to SooDok

Hello, I love this zine so much and I want to draw inspiration from yours by keeping the selectability of text in my own zine. May I please know how you did this?

hello, thank you! i use a desktop publisher to assemble my zines and books, and exporting text this way is a natural feature of these programs. i use Affinity Publisher, but other programs like Microsoft Publisher and Adobe InDesign are out there as well. you can search "[program name] alternatives" online to find others to use.

broke my heart and mended it about a million times over. beautifully done.

THIS IS. SO GOOD. OHMYGOD. IM IN LOVE. THE ART THE WORDS THE EVERYTHING. HOLY SHIT SPIRITUALLY PRINTING AND LAMINATING THIS AND DISPLAYING IT IN MY LIVING ROOM AND PASSING IT DOWN AS A FAMILY HEIRLOOM
